Ron Coughenour, MEd, RYT has been practicing yoga for more than 6 years. He is a natural teacher with a master’s degree in education, an extensive corporate background and three years of experience as a stay-at-home-dad. Ron uses this diverse personal history to connect with each student. Drawing from his own practice, various readings and inherent love of teaching, he guides his students through a full yoga experience. Ron’s unique style incorporates breathwork, meditation and philosophy into an asana practice that is challenging for students at all levels.
Andrea Cox, RYT began her yoga practice more than 11 years ago and has a strong background in the Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow styles. She appreciates the unique opportunity the body and mind have to become centered, challenged and calmed through the practice of yoga. Andrea is certified in Adaptive Yoga and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training. Come stretch and restore with Andrea’s Gentle Yoga class.
Laura Liss, MSW, ERYT is the director of The Center and has been practicing yoga for over 16 Years. Her motivation to teach grows out of her love of yoga and desire to help others connect with it’s powerful benefits. Laura has a background in the Astanga, Anusara and Vinyasa styles and she teaches the Stationary Series, and Flow classes with enthusiasm and devotion.
Laurie Nonnemacher is trained in Vinyasa Power Yoga and is thrilled to be able to combine her passion for yoga and love of kids. She is amazed and delighted to see how much her own two children, 8 and 10, enjoy yoga and how naturally they practice the poses.
Sarah Rogers, RYT first learned about yoga from her mom and began practicing formally 7 years ago. Her teacher training exposed her to various styles including Forrest, Astanga, Kripalu, Baptiste, Iyengar, Kundalini, and Prenatal yoga. Sarah brings a calm, soothing presence to her yoga and meditation classes. She is interested in teaching students to cultivate improved physical health, inner stillness and a tranquil spirit through their yoga practice both on and off the mat.
Susan Sacchetti, RYT has been teaching yoga for five years and fitness for 15. We are delighted that she is now teaching her popular Monday night Vinyasa class at our studio.
Elizabeth Sokol, MEd, RYT has a background in education and takes great pleasure in being able to share her passion for yoga with her students. Elizabeth’s yoga experience includes Bikram and Astanga with specific training in Vinyasa Yoga . She brings a new twist to the Stationary Series class.
