Have A Yoga Party! 

with Lisa Samuel and Seth Cavallari

All parties are 1.5 hours and include two pizzas from

Foster Boys and 12 cupcakes. All parties include set up

and clean up and exclusive use of the studio. You are welcome to a 10 minute grace period before and after

your party.

Kids Party Packages
Yoga and Games- Join us for an hour of yoga fun. Yoga room time will include age appropriate yoga poses and games. Can include the limbo, freeze dance, the hokey pokey, free dance time, hula hooping, jump roping and more.
Circus Yoga Party- An hour of circus yoga, including juggling, flying and interactive games with time to demonstrate what you've learned. Can include the limbo, freeze dance, the hokey pokey, free dance time, hula hooping, jump roping, and more. 
Animal Yoga Party- For the child that loves animals this yoga party will emphasize the animal poses and include animal games, an animal led meditation, and time for each child to draw an "animal totem animal" to add to a totem pole for the birthday child.
Yoga (non-slumber) Pajama Party- Children will come dressed in their pajamas and bring their favorite stuffed animal for a yoga party incorporating all the fun of a sleepover without actually having it at your house! See Yoga and Games above.
Dress Up Tea Party- Have your little sweethearts dress in their favorite outfit and come for an enchanted party including tea sandwiches and miniature cupcakes. Games like pin the tail on the donkey, charades, hula hooping and an art project.
Hip Hop Party- A playful party teaching the elements of hip-hop to beginners or for a more specialized party, older kids will learn a choreographed dance routine.
Little Princess Dance Party- Little princesses can dress in their favorite costumes and learn a variety of creative movement, dance and acting in collaboration with various princess music, games and props.

Adult Party Packages - A great idea for birthdays, showers, girls night out, moms night out, couples night out or any celebration!

Party goers will be guided through an all levels yoga class. You can personalize your party with these great add-ons: Henna Mehndi Body Art, Jewelry - Making, Tea Party!  Feel free to BYO adult refreshments!
