Experience a thorough introduction to Yoga. This is a well-designed set of poses that will guide you to relaxation, strength and the mind~body connection. We begin with an in depth look at the proper alignment of each pose and focus on improving flexibility and mindful movement.

At the end of four weeks you’ll gain a new awareness of your body including toned muscles, methods for stress reduction and increased energy.

Students with back issues have found this practice to be helpful in reducing pain as they strengthen core and  muscles along the spine.
