Children will be taught simple yoga postures and breathing techniques through games, stories and movement to music. Yoga is a wonderful way for children to learn body awareness and improve strength and flexibility. It also encourages social stimulation and emotional health.

The class will be taught by experienced yoga instructor, Mary Fetterman. Mary has been teaching yoga for 6 years to both adults and children, including her own "special child", Hanna.
