Experience this thorough introduction to Yoga.

 

The session starts with an in depth look at the proper alignment of each pose as we focus on improving flexibility and core strength.

 

At the end of four weeks you will gain a new awareness of your body including toned muscles, relaxation techniques and

increased energy.
